摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,网络赌博的危害性日益增强,加强对网络赌博犯罪的侦查迫在眉睫。当下网络赌博案件侦查面临着发现难、取证难、经营难的困境,应用服务器日志取证技术可以帮助突破网络赌博案件侦查中面临的取证难的困境。以tomcat为例,借助服务器日志分析技术,结合网络赌博案件侦查特点,研究了该技术在电子证据收集方面应用的可能性及价值。With the development of network technology, the danger of online gambling is increasing,and it is urgent to strengthen the investigation of online gambling crimes.The investigation of online gambling cases nowadays faces the difficulties of discovery, forensics and operation.the application of server log forensics technology can help break through these difficulties. Taking tomcat as an example, with the help of server log analysis technology,combined with the characteristics of online gambling case investigation, studies the possibility and value of the application of this technology in electronic evidence collection.
