摘  要:环境污染场地调查及风险评估对保障用地安全尤为重要。为了向土壤修复与污染治理工作提供准确的科学依据,针对勘察取样工作研发了全液压直推式土壤取样钻机。该钻机动力头设计为冲击、回转一体式的多功能冲旋机构,较传统冲击、回转分离式动力头结构更加紧凑。机架可实现多角度倾斜作业,集成式操作台实现可视化控制,施工作业更加便捷;液压系统采用电液控制的开式负载敏感回路,钻机工作时马达的转速和冲击锤的冲击速度、冲击力可随地层变化、工艺要求实时调节。该钻机整体结构紧凑,操控可视化,是集智能化、模块化、轻便化于一体的技术集成,能够满足国内土壤环境调查日益严格的技术要求,具有广阔的应用前景。Environmental pollution site investigation and risk assessment are particularly important for land security.In order to provide accurate scientific basis for soil remediation and pollution control,a full hydraulic direct push soil sampling drilling rig was developed.The power head of the drilling rig is designed as a multi-functional impact and rotation mechanism,which is more compact than the traditional impact and rotation separation power head.The rack can realize multi-angle tilt operation,the integrated console can realize visual control,and the construction operation is more convenient.The hydraulic system adopts the open load sensing circuit controlled by electro-hydraulic.The rotational speed of the motor and the impact velocity and impact force of the impact hammer can be adjusted in real time with the change of strata and process requirements.The drilling rig has compact structure and visual operation,which is a set of intelligent,modular and lightweight technology integration.It can meet the increasingly stringent technical requirements of domestic soil environmental survey and has broad application prospects.
