摘  要:在分析XH10Z-AYFT-00(GJ)回转缓冲阀结构及原理的基础上,在AMESim中建立该回转缓冲阀的模型,并搭建回转驱动液压系统。根据实际工况确定系统参数,对不同工况进行动态仿真。通过对比分析仿真得到的马达及缓冲阀的流量和压力,得到回转缓冲阀动态特性。结果表明:回转缓冲阀可有效减缓压力冲击,延长设备的使用寿命。Based on the analysis of the structure and principle of XH10 Z-AYFT-00(GJ)rotary buffer valve,the model of the rotary buffer valve was established in AMESim,and the rotary drive hydraulic system was built.The system parameters were determined according to the actual working conditions,and the dynamic simulation of different working conditions were carried out.By comparing and analyzing the flow and pressure of motor and buffer valve obtained through simulation,the dynamic characteristics of rotary buffer valve were obtained.The results show that by using the rotary buffer valve,the pressure impact can be effectively reduced and the service life of the equipment can be prolonged.
