摘 要:工业制造领域内,液压系统一直都是数控加工中的重要单元。因其在可靠度分配中具有可定量定性的特点且受多因素、多层次的影响,采用改进的模糊层次分析法(FAHP),综合考虑后确定影响液压系统的6个因素,通过建立三标度法评判规则,确定模糊一致性矩阵,构建模糊层次结构模型。在MATLAB中对改进后的FAHP模型进行程序编写,导入专家数据,计算并确定各对象层单元对于目标层的综合权重,根据所确定权重对液压系统进行可靠性分配,为数控机床液压系统设计和可靠性研究提供了新的思路。In the field of industrial manufacturing,hydraulic system is an important unit in CNC machining.Because of its quantitative and qualitative characteristics in the reliability distribution and is affected by multiple factors and multiple levels,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)was adopted,the six factors affecting the hydraulic system were determined through comprehensive consideration,the three-scale evaluation rules were established,the fuzzy consistency matrix was determined,and a fuzzy hierarchical structure model was built.Program for the improved FAHP model was written in MATLAB environment,expert data were imported,the comprehensive weight of each object layer unit to the target layer was calculated and determined,and the reliability of the hydraulic system was assigned according to the determined weight.It provides new ideas for the design of hydraulic system for CNC machine tools and reliability research.
