摘  要:目的:比较中子、^(137)Csγ射线及中子/γ射线混合照射对人淋巴细胞微核、核质桥和核芽的影响。方法:将两名志愿者的外周血淋巴细胞随机分为对照组、中子、^(137)Csγ射线和中子/γ射线混合照射组,用胞质分裂阻滞法分析不同处理组人淋巴细胞微核率、核质桥率以及核芽率的差异;结果:外周血淋巴细胞经中子、^(137)Csγ射线和混合照射后的CB微核率高于对照组,经中子和混合照射后的CB微核率高于^(137)Csγ射线照射组,中子/γ射线混合照射后的人淋巴细胞微核率高于中子照射组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);中子/γ射线混合照射诱导的核质桥率和核芽率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以微核率为生物终点,中子/γ射线混合照射对人淋巴细胞引起的损伤严重,说明混合照射可能存在一定的协同作用。Objective:To compare the effects of neutrons,^(137)Csγrays and mixed radiation of neutrons andγrays on micronucleus(MN)rate,nuclear bridge(NPB)rate,and nuclear bud(NBD)rate in human lymphocytes.Methods:Peripheral blood lymphocytes from the two volunteers were divided into control group,neutron group,^(137)Csγrays group,and neutron/γrays mixed group.Cytokinesis-block analysis was used to analyze micronuclear rates,nuclear bridge rates,and nuclear bud rates in human lymphocytes.Results:The CB micronuclear rates exposed neutron,^(137)Csγrays and mixed radiation were significantly higher than control(P<0.01).The CB micronuclear rates exposed neutron,mixed radiation were significantly higher than^(137)Csγrays(P<0.01).The CB micronuclear rates exposed neutron/γrays mixed radiation were significantly higher than neutron radiation(P<0.01).The nucler bridge rates and nuclear bud rates induced by neutron/γrays mixed radiation were significantly higher than control(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the micronuclear rate as the biological endpoint,the damage caused by neutron/γray mixed radiation was significantly worse than the same dose of single-energy neutrons and^(137)Csγray,indicating there may be some synergistic effect of on mixed radiation.
