情报众包工作模式的SWOT分析

摘　　要：分析了情报众包工作模式的研究进展及其优劣、机遇与挑战,为我国情报工作与研究中引入众包的思想与实践提供借鉴。对众包的类型与特点做了梳理,用SWOT分析方法对不同类型众包在情报工作中应用的优劣、机遇与挑战做了剖析。众包模式可以成为我国情报工作的一种重要思想与手段。同时,需要区分不同的众包类型与特点,针对特定的情报工作需求选择合适的众包类型与方法,以收到较理想的效果。This paper analyzes the research progress,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of crowdsourcing-supported intelligence work,which could inspire its application in the intelligence-related research and work in China;portrays various characteristics and types of crowdsourcing,and then discusses the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of crowdsourcing-supported intelligence work using the SWOT analysis.This paper suggests that the idea and application of crowdsourcing-supported intelligence work can be an important idea and means in our country’s intelligence work.At the same time,different types and characteristics of crowdsourcing should be distinguished,and appropriate types and methods should be selected according to the specific needs of intelligence work to achieve better results.
