摘 要:东庄上游围堰是陕西省首座采用胶结石渣料填筑的水利工程,堰高55.2m,堰前库容2582万m^(3),为4级建筑物。堰址距拱坝较近,不具备布置当地材料围堰条件,加之工程区灰岩石渣丰富,可选择胶结颗粒料填筑围堰。对胶结石渣料、堆石混凝土两种筑坝型式从断面设计、原材料选择、配合比设计、施工方法及工期投资等方面进行对比分析,采用工期较短、连续拌和、填筑快速、投资较少的胶结石渣填筑围堰。2022年2月15日~5月3日用时2.5个月完成堰体填筑,平均月上升22m.节省工期28%,为坝基提前1个月开挖创造了条件,可促进胶结颗粒料筑坝新技术推广应用。随着智慧水利和3D打印大坝技术的进一步发展,胶结石渣料筑坝技术将具有更好的发展前景。The upstream cofferdam of Dongzhuang is the first water conservancy project in Shaanxi Province to be filled with cement stone slag. The height of the weir is 55.2m, and the storage capacity in front of the weir is 25.82 million m3, which is a Grade 4 building. The weir site is relatively close to the arch dam and does not have the conditions for arranging cofferdams with local materials. In addition, the project area is rich in limestone and slag, and cemented granular materials can be selected to fill the cofferdam. The two types of dam construction with cementitious slag and rockfill concrete are compared and analyzed from the aspects of section design, raw material selection, mix design, construction method and construction period investment. Cementitious slag with short construction period, continuous mixing, fast filling and less investment is used to fill the cofferdam. From February 15 to May 3, 2022, it took 2.5 months to complete the filling of the weir, with an average monthly increase of 22 m, saving 28% of the construction period. This created conditions for the excavation of the dam foundation one month ahead of schedule. It can also promote the popularization and application of new technologies for dam building with cemented granular materials. With the further development of smart water conservancy and 3D printing dam technology, the dam building technology with cementitious slag will have better development prospects.
