摘 要:本文分析1例胰腺癌患者围术期个体化营养治疗方案。通过1例胰腺癌围术期患者案例,分析患者营养治疗时机及方式选择,结合患者病理生理特点制定个体化肠外营养支持方案。临床药师全程参与营养治疗方案的制定和调整,开展肠外肠内营养治疗的药学监护,保证患者营养支持治疗的有效性和安全性,改善患者预后。This article analyzed the perioperative individualized nutritional therapy for a patient with pancreatic cancer.Based on the conditions of the patient with pancreatic cancer during the perioperative period,the timing and choice of nutritional therapy for the patient were analyzed,and an individualized parenteral nutrition support plan was formulated based on the pathophysiological characteristics of the patient.Clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation and adjustment of nutritional therapy programs throughout the process,and carried out pharmaceutical care for parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy to ensure the effectiveness and safety of nutritional support therapy and outcomes improvement.
