摘　　要：临床药师对1例上消化道出血胃大部分切除术后合并感染患者进行药学监护。临床药师参考抗微生物治疗指南及临床资料,从感染病原微生物的判定、抗菌药物的选择、剂量调整等方面着手,结合患者病情变化提出用药建议并提供药学监护,发挥了临床药师的优势,得到临床医生、护士的认可,体现了临床药师的价值。Clinical pharmacists performed pharmaceutical care for a patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated with infection after gastrectomy.According to antimicrobial treatment guidelines and clinical data,clinical pharmacists put forward medication suggestions and performed pharmaceutical care from the determination of infected pathogenic microorganisms,selection of antimicrobial drugs,dose adjustment and so on,which were recognized by clinicians and nurses,and played the advantages of clinical pharmacists,and reflected the value of clinical pharmacists as well.
