摘　　要：目的:研究罗浮山百草油(LHO)体外抗腺病毒感染的作用。方法:采用细胞病变CPE法及噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测LHO对于Hep-2细胞的安全剂量,同法检测腺病毒感染及LHO给药前后对腺病毒体外感染的抑制作用。结果:MTT法测得LHO对Hep-2细胞的半数细胞毒性浓度(CC_(50))为92.41μg·ml^(-1);腺病毒感染Hep-2细胞后7 d,细胞产生明显病变,LHO给药后能够明显抑制腺病毒感染引起的细胞病变;MTT法测得LHO对腺病毒半数抑制率(EC_(50))为55.18μg·ml^(-1),选择指数(SI)为1.67。结论:LHO可以抑制腺病毒的体外感染引起的细胞活性降低及细胞病变。Objective:To study the anti-adenovirus infection effect of Luofushan herbal oil(LHO)in vitro.Methods:The cytopathic effect(CPE)method and the thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide(MTT)method were used to detect the safe dose of LHO for Hep-2 cells,as well as detect the infection of adenovirus and the inhibitory effect of LHO against the infection in vitro.Results:The half cytotoxic concentration(CC_(50))of LHO on Hep-2 cells analyzed by MTT assay was 92.41μg·ml^(-1).On the 7 th day after adenovirus infection,Hep-2 cells developed severe cytopathic effect.LHO administration could significantly inhibit the cytopathic effect caused by adenovirus infection.The half-inhibition rate(EC_(50))of LHO on adenovirus infection was 55.18μg·ml^(-1),and the selectivity index(TI)was 1.67.Conclusion:In vitro,LHO can inhibit adenovirus infection induced cell viability reduction and cytopathic effect.
