摘 要:通过高温高压模拟试验,现场挂片试验,电化学试验,腐蚀形貌观察等研究了普通马氏体不锈钢13Cr、超级马氏体不锈钢HP2-13Cr和双相不锈钢22Cr在含CO_(2)、H_(2)S高矿化度油气水多相流中的耐蚀性,探究了原油对不锈钢耐蚀性尤其是点蚀机制的影响。结果表明:经过90 d现场挂片试验后,13Cr、HP2-13Cr和22Cr的均匀腐蚀速率分别为0.1077 mm/a、0.0994 mm/a和0.0034 mm/a;在H_(2)S饱和溶液中,HP2-13Cr比22Cr更容易钝化;在不含H_(2)S环境中HP2-13Cr的再活化率比22Cr高,充入饱和H_(2)S后,HP2-13Cr的再活化率低于22Cr。在含原油、H_(2)S、CO_(2)、Cl^(-)及水的环境中,13Cr会发生局部腐蚀,22Cr会产生点蚀,HP2-13Cr会发生均匀腐蚀。The corrosion resistance of ordinary martensitic stainless steel 13 Cr,super martensitic stainless steel HP2-13 Cr and duplex stainless steel 22 Cr in high salinity oil-gas-water multiphase flow containing CO_(2) and H_(2)S was studied through high temperature and high pressure simulation test,field coupon test,electrochemical test,and corrosion morphology observation.The effect of crude oil on the corrosion resistance of stainless steel,especially on the pitting mechanism,was explored.The results showed that the uniform corrosion rates of 13 Cr,HP2-13 Cr and 22 Cr were 0.1077 mm/a,0.0994 mm/a and 0.0034 mm/a,respectively,after a 90 day field coupon test.In H_(2)S saturated solution,HP2-13 Cr was easier to passivate than 22 Cr;the reactivation rate of HP2-13 Cr was higher than that of 22 Cr in H_(2)S-free environment,and the reactivation rate of HP2-13 Cr was lower than that of 22 Cr after being aerated with saturated H_(2)S.In the environment containing crude oil,H_(2)S,CO_(2),Cl^(-)and water,13 Cr suffered localized corrosion,22 Cr suffered pitting,and HP2-13 Cr suffered uniform corrosion.
