摘  要:介绍了熔结环氧涂层在钢制管道上的制备流程,分析讨论了碳钢表面熔结环氧涂层附着力的评价方法,及影响附着力的多种因素。结果表明:熔结环氧粉末材料在金属碳钢基材上有优良附着力和防碳钢基材腐蚀的性能,这可以归因于熔结环氧粉末材料本身的结构。The preparation process of fusion-bonded epoxy coating on steel pipes was introduced, and the evaluation method of the adhesion of fusion-bonded epoxy coating on carbon steel surface and various factors affecting the adhesion were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the sintered epoxy powder material applied to the carbon steel substrate had excellent adhesion and anti-corrosion performance for the metal carbon steel substrate, which could be attributed to the structure of the sintered epoxy powder material itself.
