摘　　要：空分装置在开车过程中耗时较长,本文提出在精馏塔积液阶段利用向主冷凝蒸发器内补充液氮来缩短空分装置开车时间的工艺流程,缩短了大型空分装置启动时间,达到增效、节能目的.The start-up process of the air separation unit takes a long time.In this paper,a process flow is proposed to shorten the start-up time of the air separation unit by supplementing liquid nitrogen to the main condensing evaporator in the liquid accumulation stage of the distillation column,which shortens the start-up time of the large-scale air separation unit and achieves the purpose of increasing efficiency and saving energy.
