摘　　要：煤制乙二醇的产品质量通过用精馏分离优化措施后,乙二醇的产品质量基本都能够达到聚酯级乙二醇的需要,核心是在聚酯级的收率及乙二醇精馏装置的能耗之间进行平衡.在对乙二醇精馏从流程、热量耦合、高效设备等方面优化,在产品质量和节能降耗方面取得很好的效果.After adopting distillation separation optimization measures,the product quality of ethylene glycol can basically meet the needs of polyester grade ethylene glycol.The core is to balance the yield and polyester grade and the energy consumption of ethylene glycol distillation unit.In the optimization of ethylene glycol distillation in tenns of process,heat coupling,high-efficiency equipment,etc.,it has achieved good results in tenns of product quality and energy saving and consumption reduction.
