摘  要:为研究和解决自由活塞斯特林发电机活塞偏移所引起的磨损问题,首先通过有限元软件模拟得到了偏移引起磁性侧向力变化的规律,发现动子所受的径向力随着偏移距离和偏移角度的增长线性增加,其斜率分别为1997 N/mm和1535 N/(°),且受力的方向与偏移的方向相同.然后针对动力活塞设计了用以支撑的气体轴承结构,并搭建了一套基于静动摩擦力理论的测试发电机活塞气体轴承性能的实验台,开展了不同气体轴承孔径、孔数、腔内压力和轴承载荷对实际轴承耗气量和承载力的影响规律研究,结果表明:活塞偏移越大,活塞所受的摩擦力越大,相应所需的浮起压力也越大;同时轴承承载力和耗气量都与气体轴承孔径、孔数及腔内压力呈正相关,实际应用中须要综合考虑实际轴承载荷和效率损失来选择合适的匹配值.To study and solve the wear problem caused by piston offset of free piston Stirling generator,the law of the magnetic lateral force change caused by the offset was firstly obtained through the finite element software simulation.It is found that the radial force of the mover is increased linearly with the offset distance and the offset angle,with the slopes of 1997 N/mm and 1535 N/(°)respectively,and the direction of force is the same as the direction of offset.Then,the gas bearing structure was designed for the piston,and a bench for testing the performance of the gas bearing based on the static and dynamic friction force theory was built.Research on the influences of different gas bearing diameters,the number of holes,cavity pressure,bearing load on the actual bearing air consumption and bearing capacity were carried out.Results show that the frictional force on the piston increases as the piston offset increases,and the corresponding required floating pressure also increases.Meanwhile,the bearing capacity and air consumption are positively correlated with the gas bearing diameter,the number of holes and cavity pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the actual bearing load and efficiency loss to select appropriate value.
