摘　　要：社会信息环境的变化对公共图书馆招聘图书馆学专业人才提出新的要求。为了解公共图书馆人才招聘新趋势以提高人才培养适应性,采用网络调查法,对我国31所省级公共图书馆近3年针对图书馆学专业的招聘信息进行调查,共收集到24所省级公共图书馆的132条招聘信息。通过对这些招聘信息从岗位类别、招聘对象、学历背景、专业知识技能及能力、性别、年龄、户籍等方面进行分析,归纳出当前公共图书馆的人才招聘需求特征,并给出增强图书馆学专业人才培养适应性和提高就业能力的建议。The change of social information environment proposes new requirements for the recruitment of library science professionals in public libraries.To understand the new trend of public library talent recruitment and improve the adaptability of talent training, the paper adopts network survey method to investigate the recruitment information of library science in 31 provincial public libraries in recent three years, and collects 132 pieces of recruitment information from 24 provincial public libraries.By analyzing the recruitment information from the perspective of position, recruitment target, education background, knowledge and skills, sexuality, age, and household register, the paper sums up the characteristics of current talent recruitment needs of public libraries, and proposes some suggestions to enhance the adaptability of talent training and improve employ ability.
