摘　　要：采用网络调查和个案分析的方法,以美国国会图书馆数字人文类众包项目By the People为例,从志愿者的招募、培训和激励三方面,深入分析图书馆数字人文类众包项目志愿者服务特点,总结众包项目志愿者服务模式。提出我国图书馆数字人文类众包项目在志愿者管理方面应丰富志愿者招募方式、将众包与学生课堂相结合、根据志愿者需求采取特定的激励方式等建议。By using the methods of network investigation and case analysis, taking the digital humanities crowdsourcing project “By the People” of the Library of Congress as an example, this paper analyzes the volunteer service characteristics of the library digital humanities crowdsourcing project from three aspects of volunteer recruitment, training and motivation, and summarizes the crowdsourcing volunteer service modes.This paper puts forward some suggestions that the library digital humanities crowdsourcing project in China should enrich the volunteer recruitment methods, combine the crowdsourcing with the students’ classroom, and adopt specific incentive methods according to the needs of volunteers.
