摘  要:道岔轨件特殊部位检测空间有限,使用常规检测探头不易实施检测,探伤困难。本文设计的道岔专用涡流检测探头采用多工位结构,具有8个检测工位,有效覆盖道岔轨件关键薄弱部位,每个工位检测轨面缺陷信噪比不小于10dB,能快速完成道岔轨件表面检测。Switch rail and nose rail are special-shaped rails.It was difficult to detect the limited and special parts of the rail with normal probes.The special multi-position Eddy current testing probe was designed which was based on studying the structure of turnout and analyzing the on-site flaw detection.The experimental study and field application show that the structure of the multi-station probe is reasonable, and it can cover the key weak parts of the switch rail effectively.It has 8 detection stations and signal-to-noise ratio no less than 10 dB.It can complete the inspection of the surface of the switch rail quickly.
