摘　　要：2013年社会民主主义的国际性组织社会党国际发生分裂,以欧洲社会民主主义政党为主导成立了新的国际组织——进步联盟。进步联盟成立的直接原因是社会党国际内部存在着严重分歧和发展出现了众多问题,深层次原因是社会民主主义第三次转型出现了危机。进步联盟以进步主义为价值目标,重拾传统基本价值,构建进步政治,追求进步的社会民主,以实现社会民主主义的再次转型。此次转型无论是在思想主张上还是在现实实践中都存在着明显的不足,面临着新的困境。In 2013,Socialist International,the international organization of Social Democracy,went through a break up.A new international organization named Progressive Alliance,which was push forward by European social democratic parties,was set up.The Progressive Alliance was formed as a direct result of the deep divisions within the Socialist International and the many obstacles with its development,and the underlying cause is a crisis in the social democracy’s third transformation.The Progressive Alliance aimed at progressivism,intended to realize the social democracy’s re-transformation on the basis of restoring traditional values,building progressive politics,and pursuing progressive social democracy.But the re-transformation was faced with a new dilemma because of its obvious deficiency both in ideology and practice.
