摘  要:针对涡轮空气分级机在工业应用中物料分散不均、粉尘浓度高的问题,设计了一种新型动态气流分级机,并对新型动态分级机的导流锥进行了研究。利用ANSYS-Fluent 19.2软件对比了有、无导流锥结构的气相流动特点,模拟结果表明:导流锥的存在改变了气流路径,使气流路径变得合理;减小了分级室内涡流的形态、大小与强度,从而削弱了涡流的消极影响;增加了转笼的有效分级高度,相对于无导流锥的结构,转笼有效分级高度提高17%;使分级室与转笼外表面的径向速度和切向速度分布均匀,减小了速度梯度,有利于提高分级性能。物料分级试验结果表明,导流锥的存在提高了分级精度,明显降低了切割粒径,且试验结果与模拟结果相吻合。In view of the problems of uneven material dispersion and high dust concentration during industrial application of the turbo air classifier,a new-type dynamic air classifier was designed,and its guide cone was researched.ANSYS-Fluent 19.2 software was applied to compare the flow characteristics of air phase with and without the guide cone.The simulation results showed:the existence of the guide cone changed the airflow path,and made it reasonable;it relieved the shape,size and intensity of the vortex inside the classification chamber,so as to weakened the negative influence of the vortex;it increased the effective classification height of the rotary cage,and the effective classification height of the rotary cage increased by 17%compared with the air classifier without the guide cone;it made the radial velocity and the tangential velocity on the external surface of the rotary cage distribute evenly,which was beneficial to reducing the velocity gradient,so as to enhance the classification performance.The classification test showed the existence of the guide cone enhanced the classification precision,remarkably reduced the cutting size,and the test results were in agreement with the simulation ones.
