摘  要:开阳磷矿选矿厂增加浮选装置后,出现浓密机运行不稳定,过滤机精矿粉产量大幅减小、含水率超标等问题,分别对浓密机和陶瓷过滤机进行调整改造,但均效果不佳。对比分析了增加浮选装置前后的工艺流程和工艺指标,确定了增加浓缩分级旋流器的技改方案,并通过浓缩试验和沉降试验确定了新增水力旋流器的规格。应用结果表明,增加旋流器后,浓密机运行安全稳定,过滤机精矿粉产量大幅度提高,絮凝剂和硝酸的用量大幅降低,具有可观的经济效益。In the concentrator of Kaiyang Phosphate Mine,after the floatation device being added,some issues appeared such as unstable operation of the thickener,great yield reduction and overhigh moisture content of concentrate powder from filter etc.,therefore the thickener and the ceramic filter were reconstructed individually,while the effects were unsatisfactory.After that,the process flow and the technical indexes before and after the addition of the floatation device were compared,and then the technical innovation scheme involving the addition of thickening hydrocyclone was determined,and the specification of the added hydrocyclone was identified via thickening test and sedimentation test.Application results showed the thickener operated safely and stably,the yield of concentrate powder from filter greatly enhanced,the dosage of flocculant and nitric acid remarkably reduced after the addition of the hydrocyclone,the economic benefits were appreciable.
