摘  要:襄阳市鱼梁洲段隧道工程是东西轴线的重点工程,该隧道下穿鱼梁洲岛、两过汉江,包括沉管隧道和明挖隧道两个部分,其中沉管首次在长距离双轴线干坞内预制,采用纵向分节全断面顺序预制生产工艺,首次在整体式管节沉管中采用无后浇段全断面一次性浇筑技术。结合项目的特点、移动工厂法的生产理念和自动液压电气控制技术,研发了一种具有测量、监控和数据可视化系统为一体的沉管预制内模台车,为沉管预制的顺利实施提供了强有力的技术支持。Xiangyang Yuliangzhou section tunnel project is a key project of the east-west axis.The tunnel crosses Yuliangzhou island and the Han River,including immersed tunnel and open cut tunnel.The immersed pipe is prefabricated in the long-distance double axis dry dock for the first time,using the longitudinal segmented full section sequential prefabrication production process,and the full section one-time pouring technology without post pouring section is adopted in the integral pipe section immersed tube for the first time.Combined with the characteristics of the project,the production concept of mobile factory method and automatic hydraulic electrical control technology,an internal formwork trolley for immersed pipe prefabrication with measurement,monitoring and data visualization system is developed,which provides strong technical support for the smooth implementation of immersed pipe prefabrication.
