摘　　要：蒸汽发生器主螺柱作为压力容器主要受压元件之一,有着不同于其他主要受压元件的特殊性。由于行业认识率低、市场发育不健全,且其在装配作业以及后续使用拆装中存在较高的操作技术难度,需对其全过程的质量控制特别关注。本文从采购、检验检测、组装操作、使用拆装等全过程提出了主螺柱及螺母的质量控制要求,在采购中对供应商提出采购要求,在组装操作中,控制预紧力和拧紧力矩,供装备制造企业参考。As one of the main pressurized components of a pressure vessel,the main stud of steam generator has special characteristics that are different from other main pressurized components.Due to the low awareness rate of the industry,unsound market development,and the high operational and technical difficulties in the assembly operation and subsequent use of disassembly,special attention needs to be paid to the quality control of the whole process.In this paper,the quality control requirements of main studs and nuts are proposed from the whole process of procurement,inspection and testing,assembly operation,use of disassembly,etc.In the procurement,procurement requirements are put forward to suppliers,and in the assembly operation,the preload force and tightening torque are controlled for the reference of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
