摘  要:本文介绍了四川某含硫天然气净化装置中溶剂再生塔的主要参数及工艺流程。在定检过程中发现塔体开裂泄漏,分析原因为违规安装管道支架垫板,导致局部应力集中,同时由于管道振动剧烈导致塔体产生贯穿性裂纹。经过维修和支架改进,延长了设备的使用寿命。The main parameters and process flow of solvent regeneration tower in a sulfur gas purification plant in Sichuan are introduced.The cracking and leaking of the tower body were found in the process of inspection,and the main reason was the illegal installation of the pipe support pad,which led to local stress concentration.At the same time,the penetrating crack of the tower body was produced due to the violent vibration of the pipe.After maintenance and support improvement,prolong the service life of the equipment.
