摘　　要：胎儿心脏病母胎医学多学科诊疗及精准一体化防治需要对胎儿心脏的结构、功能和血流动力学进行细化风险分层的评估。本共识提出以出生救治和围产期管理为目的的产前胎儿心脏疾病超声专项检查和诊断技术建议。建议遵循心脏结构异常的节段分析法,不仅关注胎儿心脏的结构、功能、循环、心率和心律的特点,还应评估发育程度和并发症,获得定性及定量诊断所需切面的影像数据及结构化参数。建议在获取及存储不少于8个基本层面的动态图像扫查外,强调连续扫查及增加解剖结构的矢状切面。本共识旨在为从事一体化管理产前胎儿心脏超声诊断的医生提供合理建议。This consensus puts forward special ultrasonic examination and technical suggestions for prenatal fetal heart diseases for birth treatment and perinatal management.The medical model and technical process of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment and precision integrated prevention and control of fetal heart diseases in maternal-fetal medicine require a detailed risk stratification evaluation for fetal heart structure,function,and hemodynamics.Following the segmental analysis method of abnormal heart structure,we suggest not only paying attention to fetal heart structure,function,circulation,heart rate,and heart rhythm,but also evaluating fetal heart development and complications,and obtaining image data and structured parameters for qualitative and quantitative diagnosis.In addition to acquiring and storing cine loop views of no less than eight basic levels,continuous scanning and increasing sagittal structure views should be emphasized.This consensus aims to provide rationale suggestions for doctors engaged in integrated management of prenatal fetal echocardiographic diagnosis.
