中西交流背景下民国四川省立图书馆馆员群体特征研究

摘　　要：中西文化交流和西方图书馆学思想的传播是近代中国图书馆事业产生的一个重要背景,也对中国图书馆事业的发展产生了重要影响。民国时期,四川省立图书馆馆员群体表现出男女馆员比例逐渐持平且女性馆员比重不断增大的趋势,馆员任职年龄集中且年轻化、任职年限偏短且流动性大、任职部门性别特色明显,馆员整体学历水平较高、科班出身馆员发挥着重要作用等特征,这是近代中西文化交流与碰撞的结果,也是近代中国图书馆事业国际化和本土化发展的产物。The cultural exchange between China and the West and the spreading of the theory of library science from the West formed the important background that impelled the emergence of modern China's library cause,and also greatly influenced the development of China's library cause.During the period of Republic of China,in Sichuan Provincial Library,there exist group features in librarians:the ratio between male librarians and female librarians changes from a gradual balance to the increasing proportion of female;librarians'ages are central and young when they started to work in the library;librarians'serving years are short and the mobility is great;the department staff's gender feature is obvious;the whole librarians'educational level is high;professionally-trained librarians play an important role at work,etc.This is the result of the collision and exchange between modern China and the West,and also the outcome of the internationalization and localizations of modern China's library cause.
