英国体育非物质文化遗产保护经验及对中国的启示

摘　　要：英国重视体育非物质文化遗产的保护,英格兰长弓等传统体育得到了良好传承,是体育非物质文化遗产保护的成功案例。本文以英格兰长弓非物质文化遗产保护的实践为主要研究对象,利用文献资料法、比较分析法进行研究。采取的实践举措包括:古法令与现代法律的保护、政府的引领、民间组织的参与、特色文化的打造。据此提出:重视体育非物质文化遗产的交流互鉴,强调其对文化传承的重要性;视数字科技为重要依托;完善组织管理体系;将教育融入传承渠道;加强公众参与度。The 19^(th) Session of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress adopted the Intangible Heritage Law of the PRC to strength the protecting work of the intangible heritage.Promoting the inheritance and the protection of the sports intangible cultural heritage is not only one of the key working points of protecting the intangible heritage in China,but also play an active role in developing the cultural cause and the cultural industry during the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan.In Britain,the protection of sports intangible heritage is valued.For example,England longbow and other traditional sports game are carried forward very well,it's a successful sample of protecting the sports intangible heritage.In this paper,the writer takes the protective practice of the sports intangible heritage-England longbow as the main object of study,and carries on the research by using the documentations and comparatively analyzing.In Britain,the protective practcing measures include the protection of the old and the modern laws,the leading of governments,the participation of NGOs,the building of special cultures,etc.According to the analysis above,the writer thinks we should value communing and referencing the experiences in protecting the sports intangible cultural heritage,stress its importance to the cultural inheritances,depend on the digital technologies,improve and perfect the organizing and managing systems,mingle the education into the inheritance access,strengthen the public participation.
