摘 要:针对下向分层充填采矿法开采贫矿成本高、经济效益差的问题,探索了低成本分段崩落采矿技术与工艺。通过对端壁前倾、均匀出矿、双漏口铲矿、回采分段、进路间距等的优化研究,获得了无底柱分段崩落采矿法的优化参数:沿矿体走向布置成东西两个回采区,以8勘探线为界,分别向东、向西后退回采;采用天井钻机一次形成100 m切割天井;各分段在切割平巷内凿上向平行孔,并以切割井为自由面,在回采爆破的首排孔前一段爆破,形成切割槽后进行回采出矿。优化工艺参数在西二采区首采隔离层和菱形双巷回采中的应用结果表明,矿石损失率与贫化率均得到有效控制,其采矿成本较充填采矿法得到显著降低,获得了显著的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of high cost and poor economic benefit of mining lean ore by downward slicing filling mining method,the sublevel caving mining technology with low cost was explored.The optimization parameters of sublevel caving mining method without sill pillar were obtained through the optimization study on endwall forward dip,uniform ore drawing,double leakage shovel,stoping sublevel and route spacing.That is,along the strike of ore body,two stoping areas were arranged in east and west,and backward stoping to eastward and westward was put forward by taking the exploration line 8 as the boundary.The drilling rig was used to form a 100 m cutting well only once.Upward parallel holes were drilled at each sublevel of the cutting roadway.Taking the cutting well as the free surface,a blasting was conducted before the first row hole of the mining blasting to form the cutting groove and then the ore mining was carried out.The application of optimized parameters in the first mining isolation layer and diamond double roadways mining in West No.2 Mining Area shows that the ore loss and dilution rate are effectively controlled,and the mining cost is significantly reduced compared with the filling method mining,which has obtained significant economic benefits.
