摘 要:制定合适的矿石回采方案对于高效低贫损开采地下金属矿床至关重要。以龙首矿西二采区上部中段崩落法采场回采分支矿体为工程背景,针对初步拟定的上盘分支矿体沿走向布置进路+下盘分支矿体垂直走向布置进路和整体垂直走向布置进路的回采方案,在综合考虑采准工程布置、矿石损失贫化控制、生产组织管理、采矿作业安全性及采场通风等因素的基础上,分析研究得出整体垂直走向布置进路的回采方案更具优势。同时结合分支矿体的赋存条件,针对采场中仅有的3个回采分段分别设定矿石回采方案,最终形成一种3分段组合式回采方案,安全顺利地实现首采分段分支矿体高效、低贫损的回采目标。It is crucial to develop appropriate ore stoping schemes for efficient mining with low loss and dilution in underground metal mines. Based on the engineering background of the orebody branch of the upper and middle caving stope in the No.2 mining area of Longshou Coal Mine, the preliminary mining schemes of the drift layout along the strike for upper branch orebody+drift layout along the vertical strike for the lower branch orebody and overall drift layout along the vertical strike were analyzed and studied. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the factors such as the layout of the mining preparation project, the ore loss and dilution control, the production organization and management, the safety of the mining operation and the stope ventilation, it is concluded that the overall drift layout along vertical strike is more advantageous. At the same time, combined with the occurrence conditions of orebody branch, the ore stoping schemes are respectively set for the only existing three stoping sublevels in the stope, and finally a three-sublevel combined stoping scheme is formed, which can safely and smoothly achieve the goal of high-efficiency stoping with low ore loss and dilution for the first stoping of the orebody branch.
