摘  要:为解决龙首矿西二采区无底柱分段崩落法采场中深孔严重破坏而无法对其进行正常装药的问题,分析认为,西二采区矿体十分破碎和崩落法特有的回采工艺是造成中深孔破坏的主要原因。结合西二采区实际情况,提出了一种预装药技术方案,并在现场对该方案进行了应用。生产实践表明,采用预装药技术后崩落法采场的装药效率由原来的每班装1~2排炮孔提升至2~3排炮孔,矿石回采率由59%提升至83%,采场月产能由3万~4万t提升至7万~8万t,装药作业安全性明显好转,可为类似矿山提供借鉴。The medium and deep hole in the sublevel caving mining without sill pillar in the West No.2 Mining Area of Longshou Mine is seriously damaged and it is hard to charge normally.The analysis shows that the ore body in the West No.2 Mining Area is broken fully and the unique mining technology of caving method is the main reason for the damage of long holes.In order to solve this problem,combined with the actual situation of the West No.2 Mining Area,a technical scheme of pre-charge technology was proposed and applied on site.The production practice shows that after the application of pre-charge technology,the charging efficiency of the caving stope is increased from 1~2 rows of blastholes per shift to 2~3 rows of blastholes,the ore recovery rate is increased from 59%to 83%,and the monthly production capacity of the stope is increased from 30000~40000 t to 70000~80000 t.The safety of charging operation is significantly improved.This method can provide a reference for similar mines.
