摘 要:低阶煤浮选效果差是亟需解决的难题。为了推动低阶煤高效利用,以两种低阶煤和两类捕收剂为研究对象,借助SEM-EDS、FTIR、XPS等测试,分析低阶煤表面的特性,研究不同捕收剂的性质及其与低阶煤表面的作用,通过煤泥浮选试验进行验证。结果表明,低阶煤表面粗糙,裂隙发达,含有丰富的氧元素,并且氧元素主要以官能团的形式赋存在低阶煤表面。此外,粗糙度越高,含氧官能团越多,越不利于浮选。捕收剂自身的分子结构和化学组成很大程度上决定了煤泥浮选效果,不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富的捕收剂更容易与低阶煤表面的含氧官能团形成弱氢键作用,从而改善低阶煤表面的疏水性,浮选效果更好。为提高低阶煤泥的浮选效果,应该针对性地开发与煤泥表面性质相适配的浮选药剂。The poor flotation effect of low rank coal is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to promote the efficient utilization of low rank coal,two kinds of low rank coal and two kinds of collectors were taken as the research objects.And the characteristics of low rank coal surface were analyzed by means of SEM-EDS,FTIR and XPS tests,and the properties of different collectors and their effects on the surface of low rank coal were studied.Then,slime flotation test was conducted to verify.The results show that the surface of low rank coal is rough,the cracks are developed,and oxygen elements are rich.The oxygen elements are mainly stored on the surface of low rank coal in the form of functional groups.In addition,the higher the roughness is,the more oxygen-containing functional groups are,and the more unfavorable it is for flotation.The molecular structure and chemical composition of the collector largely determine the flotation effect of slime.The collector with rich unsaturated fatty acids is more likely to form a weak hydrogen bond with the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of low rank coal,so as to improve the hydrophobicity of the surface of low rank coal,and the flotation effect is better.In order to improve the flotation effect of low rank slime,flotation reagents suitable for the surface properties of slime should be developed.
