摘 要:针对井筒渗水导致的深部竖井施工难以开展的问题,通过构建井筒渗流模型,建立了不同施工层位竖井井筒的渗流量公式,并以山东纱岭金矿深竖井为工程背景,分析了不同深度井筒涌水特征,研究了水压和渗透率分别控制及联合控制下对井筒涌水量的影响。结果表明:随着井筒深度的增加,井筒累计汇水量呈非线性快速增加,其1000 m的累计汇水量接近30 m/h,已完全不能满足施工要求。水压控制300 m以下保持不变或渗透率降低为原岩的1/7,才能保证1500 m井筒的正常施工。从施工成本和技术的角度分析,采取水压和渗透率联合控制措施可以有效控制井筒涌水。该研究可为竖井施工和井筒长期稳定提供一定的参考。It is difficult to conduct the construction of deep shaft due to water seepage.Aiming at this problem,the seepage flow formula of shaft in different construction layers was established by constructing the shaft seepage model.Taking the deep shaft in Shaling Gold Mine in Shandong Province as an engineering background,the characteristics of water inflow at different depths of shaft were analyzed,and the influences of water pressure and permeability on water inflow under separate control or combined control were studied.The results are concluded as follows.With the increase of shaft depth,the cumulative water inflow amount of shaft increases nonlinearly and rapidly,and the cumulative water inflow amount at the depth of 1000 m is close to 30 m~3/h,which can not meet the construction requirements.Only when the water pressure keep constant below 300 m or the permeability is reduced to 1/7 of the original rock can the normal construction at the depth of 1500 m in shaft be guaranteed.From the perspective of construction cost and technology,the combined control measures of water pressure and permeability can effectively control the water inflow of the shaft.The study can provide some references for the shaft construction and the long-term stability of shaft.
