摘 要:针对金川龙首矿西二采区金属锚网喷浆支护巷道所存在的问题,提出了用非金属锚网喷浆支护代替金属锚网喷浆支护的方案。为了探讨非金属网与喷射混凝土联合支护的力学特性,对不同拉伸强度的非金属锚网喷浆开展了RDP能量吸收试验,从试件破坏类型、峰值载荷、能量吸收三个方面对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:B组非金属网的RDP平均值为283 J,拉伸强度为40 kN/m,能满足巷道支护能量吸收最低韧性值280 J的要求,并在巷道支护现场采用变形监测试验验证了该支护方案的可行性。分别对原支护方式和改进后的支护方式进行支护成本与支护效率统计分析,结果显示,采用非金属锚网喷浆支护相对于金属锚网喷浆支护网片安装效率提高了25%,锚杆安装效率提高了12%,支护成本降低了43.8%,对于矿山降低支护成本、提高支护效率有重要意义。Aiming at the problems existing in the roadway of the metal anchor mesh and shotcrete support in the West NO.2 Mining Area of Jinchuan Longshou Mine,a non-metallic anchor mesh and shotcrete scheme replacing the metal anchor mesh and shotcrete support was proposed.To investigate the mechanical properties of the combined support of non-metallic mesh and shotcrete,the RDP energy absorption test was carried out on non-metallic mesh and shotcrete with different tensile strengths.And the test results were analyzed from three aspects of specimen failure type,peak load and energy absorption.The results show that the average RDPof group B non-metallic network is 283 J,and the tensile strength is 40 kN/m,which can meet the requirements of the minimum toughness value of 280 J for energy absorption of roadway support.The feasibility of the support scheme has been verified by deformation monitoring test in the roadway support site.The statistical analysis results of support cost and support efficiency show that the installation efficiency of non-metallic mesh and shotcrete support is 25%higher than that of metal mesh shotcrete support,the installation efficiency of bolt is 12%higher,and the support cost is reduced by 43.8%.It is of great significance to reduce the support cost and improve the support efficiency in mines.
