摘 要:随着我国智能矿山建设的推进,矿井机电装备除满足其使用性能、电气安全、机械防护及保护性能、环境适应性等基本性能之外,其抗电磁干扰性能也是衡量矿山机电设备安全可靠运行的重要指标。针对我国矿山机电设备的技术特征和使用特点,通过对矿井干扰源辨识技术和现有机电装备电磁抗扰度测试技术的研究,提出了适用于矿井机电装备的射频电磁场辐射抗扰度、传导骚扰抗扰度、静电放电抗扰度、电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度、浪涌(冲击)抗扰度等典型抗扰度试验的严酷等级和试验方法。根据抗扰度测试原理和干扰形成三要素,研究提出了屏蔽技术、滤波技术、隔离技术和电路优化设计等干扰抑制技术措施,为矿山机电装备电磁兼容测试、评价和标准体系的建立提供了技术支撑。With the advancement of intelligent mine construction in China,the anti electromagnetic interference performance of mine electromechanical equipment is also an important indicator to measure the its safe and reliable operation,in addition to meeting the basic performance of its use performance,electrical safety,mechanical protection and protection performance,environmental adaptability and so on.According to the technical performance and application characteristics of mine electromechanical equipment in China,through the research on identification technology of mine interference source and existing electromagnetic immunity test technology of electromechanical equipment,the severity level and testing method for typical immunity tests on RF electromagnetic field radiation immunity,conducted disturbance immunity,electrostatic discharge immunity,electrical fast transient pulse group immunity and surge(impact)immunity applicable to mine electromechanical equipment were proposed.According to the principle of immunity test and the three elements of interference formation,the technical measures of interference suppression such as shielding technology,filtering technology,isolation technology and circuit optimization design were put forward,which provides technical support for the electromagnetic compatibility test,evaluation and standard system of mine electromechanical equipment.
