摘 要:在传统串联式双温制冷系统的基础上,本文借助非共沸混合工质分凝时的组分偏移特性,引入了混合工质中间分凝式双温制冷循环。搭建了自然非共沸混合工质分凝式双温循环系统的实验台,选用R290/R600a混合物作为制冷工质,通过实验的方法研究了自然非共沸混合工质分凝式双温制冷系统在实际工况下的开停机间歇运行特性,探讨了制冷剂充注量、制冷剂组分、环境温度等参数对系统性能的影响规律。结果表明压缩机开机阶段的平均功率随着制冷剂的充注量增加而升高,其在开停机间歇性运行周期内的开机率随充注量的增加而先下降后升高;充注量为300 g且R600a的配比为50%时压缩机耗电量达到最小值1.60 kWh·d^(−1);环境温度的升高会影响冷凝器的换热效果还会造成系统中间室的热负荷增加,压缩机的开机率和耗电量均会明显升高。Based on the conventional dual-temperature refrigeration cycle,the partial condensa-tion effect was introduced to achieve zeotropic mixture partial condensation based dual-temperature refrigeration cycle.An experimental rig of zeotropic mixtures partial condensation based dual-temperature refrigeration cycle was built and the mixture R290/R600a was selected as the working fluid.The on-off intermittent operation characteristics of this dual-temperature refrigeration system were experimentally investigated.The effect of different refrigerant charge,refrigerant mass fraction and ambient temperature on intermittent operation characteristics were carried out.The results indicated that the average power of the compressor during compressor startup period increased and the compressor on-time ratio first decreased then increased with the rise of the refrigerant charge.The minimum power consumption of compressor was 1.60 kWh·d^(−1),which was achieved at the re-frigerant charge 300 g and R600a charged mass fraction 50%.Higher ambient temperature resulted in heat transfer deterioration in condensers and significant increase in cabinets’heat load,which finally generated the increase of compressor on-time ratio and power consumption.
