摘 要:提出了一种模块化建筑钢结构模块间螺栓-抗剪键节点,并分析了其受力性能。该节点的构造形式一方面实现了竖向承载与水平承载方式的分离,便于节点进行设计和分析;另一方面使得模块间连接操作在室内就可以完成,适用于多种安装位置。通过理论分析得到了双模块连接节点抗拉承载力、抗剪承载力和抗弯承载力的计算方法。使用ABAQUS建立该节点的有限元模型并进行数值模拟,验证节点承载力计算方法的有效性。通过对比双模块连接节点和四模块连接节点的数值模拟结果,说明了共用连接板对节点受力性能影响较小,从而证明双模块连接节点的承载力计算方法也适用于其他多模块连接节点。This paper presents a bolt-shear critical connection between modules in modular steel buildings and investigates its mechanical performance.On the one hand,the connection structure realizes the separation of vertical bearing and horizontal bearing,which is convenient for the design and analysis of the connection;on the other hand,the worker can complete the connection between modules indoors,making it suitable for various installation positions.In this paper,the calculation methods of tensile bearing capacity,shear bearing capacity,and bending bearing capacity of the two-module connection are obtained through theoretical analysis.ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model for numerical simulation to verify the effectiveness of the calculation method of the connection’s bearing capacity.When the numerical simulation results of the two-module connections and the four-module connections are compared,it is clear that the standard connection plate has little effect on the mechanical performance of the connection,proving that the bearing capacity calculation method of the two-module connections is also applicable to other multi-module connections.
