摘 要:本文透过互联网物流平台M的运作,展现了平台如何塑造劳动力市场的供求关系和劳动力价格水平。基于平台的高效即时匹配打破了劳动力供需双方在时空上的阻隔,加剧了劳动者之间的竞争,同时平台上信息的透明化使劳动者的议价空间减小。两方面因素的共同作用导致劳动力价格急剧下降,劳动者对平台的依附性增强,平台则借此强化了对劳动者的控制。文章进一步指出,平台作为新型劳动力市场中介,透过对生产要素的信息化重组,改变了先前分散的生产方式,引致生产向平台集中。供需双方对平台的依赖使平台可以对双方进行支配,以实现自身利益的最大化。Through the operation of an Internet logistics platform, this paper shows how the platform shapes the supply and demand relationship and the labor price in the labor market. The efficient real-time matching based on the platform breaks the barrier between labor supply and demand in time and space and intensifies the competition between workers. Meanwhile, the transparency of information on the platform reduces the bargaining space of workers. The joint action of the two factors makes the labor price drop sharply, workers become more dependent on the platform, and the platform thus strengthens its control over the labor process of workers. The paper further points out that platform, as a new labor market intermediary, through information-based reorganization of production factors, has changed the previously scattered and individual production mode and lead to the centralization of production to platform. The dependence of supply and demand parties on the platform enables the platform to dominate both parties to maximize its own interests.
