摘 要:目的:研究FCER2基因rs28364072多态性对吸入用布地奈德治疗哮喘患儿疗效的影响。方法:选取2016年11月~2020年12月昆明市儿童医院门诊就诊的143例哮喘患儿,给予吸入用布地奈德治疗3个月,分析FCER2 rs28364072不同基因型患儿治疗后的主要临床指标,包括儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)评分、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)以及FEV_(1)/FVC]、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)。结果:治疗前,AA、AG及GG基因型组哮喘患儿的C-ACT评分、肺功能、FeNO浓度及EOS百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸入用布地奈德治疗3个月后,AA基因型哮喘患儿的C-ACT、FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、FeNO浓度及EOS百分比等指标均治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);而GG基因型哮喘患儿治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FCER2基因rs28364072位点多态性可能与哮喘患儿使用吸入用布地奈德治疗反应存在一定相关性。Objective:To study the effects of FCER2(rs28364072) gene polymorphism on therapeutic efficacy of inhalation of budesonide in the treatment for asthma pediatric patients. Methods:Totally 143 children with asthma diagnosed in the outpatient department of Kunming children’s hospital were selected between November 2016 to December 2020. After inhalation budesonide treatment for 3 months, the response of different genotypes to the use of inhalation of budesonide therapy were analyzed. The main clinical indicators were as follows: C-ACT, pulmonary function(FEV_(1), FVC, FEV_(1)/FVC), FeNO and EOS. Results:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in BMI, C-ACT score, lung function, FeNO and EOS in AA, AG and GG genotype group(P>0.05). However, after three months of treatment, the FEV_(1), FVC, FEV_(1)/FVC, FeNO and EOS percentage in asthmatic children with AA genotype decreased than before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in asthmatic children with GG genotype(P>0.05). Conclusion:The rs28364072 polymorphism of FCER2 gene may be correlated with the response of children with asthma to inhalation of budesonide.
