五运六气禀赋与功能性便秘的易患性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性便秘患者出生时的五运六气禀赋分布规律。方法:采集6 350例功能性便秘患者出生时的运气信息,并对其五运六气分布特点进行统计学分析。结果:出生时天干为壬(木运太过),岁运为木运,主气为阳明燥金者较易患病,出生时天干为辛(水运不及),岁运为水运,主气为少阴君火者不易患病,且差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:功能性便秘的罹患与出生时期的五运六气分布具有一定的关联性。Objective:To study the distribution of the five movements and six Qi(气)at birth of patients with functional constipation.Methods:A total of 6350 diagnosis functional constipation cases’the five movements and six Qi at birth were collected to find the relationship between these informations.Results:The high incidence of functional constipation was associated with the year of Ren(壬)or wood evolution and the period of Yangming Zaojin(阳明燥金)of dominate Qi,while the low incidence of functional constipation was associated with the year of Xin(辛)or water evolution and the period of Shaoyin Junhuo(少阴君火)of dominate Qi,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of functional constipation is related to the distribution of the five movements and six Qi at birth.
