南少林理筋整脊手法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:通过南少林理筋整脊手法辅以功能锻炼治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯,以评估其临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月在广州中医药大学顺德医院诊治的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者30例,测量治疗前后患者Cobb’s角,评估疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、现有疼痛强度(Present Pain Intensity,PPI)评分,并对治疗前后的差异进行对比。结果:经过规范治疗,总有效率达到83.3%(25/30),患者的Cobb’s角、VAS评分、PPI评分均较治疗前下降,此三项指标治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),而且所有患者在治疗过程中及治疗后均未见不良反应。结论:南少林理筋整脊手法辅以功能锻炼治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床借鉴和推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the South-Shaolin(南少林)tendon-regulation and chiropractic manipulation plus functional exercise on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:A total of 30 cases from January 2019 to June 2020 were diagnosed and treated in the hospital.The Cobb’s angle,VAS and PPI pain scores of the included cases were measured before and after treatment,and the differences before and after treatment were compared.Results:After standard treatment,the total efficiency was 83.3%(25/30),the Cobb’s angle,VAS score and PPI score were all decreased compared with those before,and the differences of the above three indexes before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).No adverse reaction was observed during and after the treatment.Conclusion:The South-Shaolin tendon-regulation and chiropractic manipulation plus functional exercise shows a good clinical effect on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
