针灸综合疗法治疗乳腺湿疹样癌医案一则

摘　　要：乳腺湿疹样癌是乳腺癌的一种特殊类型,1874年由JAMES PAGET最先认识此病,又称为乳腺Paget病。本病较一般乳腺癌发病率低,临床常以外科手术为主要治疗方式,术后根据患者情况行放疗、化疗等综合治疗。但因乳腺癌患者对乳房外形的需求日渐增高,以及部分患者对手术、放疗及化疗存在抵触心理,容易延误病情,影响该病的治疗效果。故医案举张琳主任采用针灸综合疗法治疗乳腺湿疹样癌医案一则,以期为之后本病的治疗提供新的方法和思路。Eczematoid carcinoma of breast is a special type of breast cancer, which was first recognized by JAMES PAGET in 1874, also known as mammary Paget disease. The incidence of this disease is lower than that of general breast cancer, and surgical operation is often used as the treatment method in clinic. However, due to the increasing demand of breast cancer patients for breast shape, and the resistance of some patients to surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it is easy to delay the disease and affect the treatment effect. Therefore, the author share a case of Director ZHANG Ling on treating eczematoid carcinoma of breast by overall acupuncture therapy in order to provide more thought for the treatment of this disease.
