补肾活血方联合温针灸治疗人工流产术后月经过少效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析补肾活血方联合温针灸治疗人工流产术后月经过少患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月收治的96例人工流产术后月经过少患者,分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予雌孕激素周期治疗,观察组给予补肾活血方联合温针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后月经量、子宫内膜厚度、中医证候评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的月经量、子宫内膜厚度、中医证候评分显著改善(P <0.05),且观察组的改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论:补肾活血方联合温针灸可提高疗效,促进子宫内膜厚度增加,改善临床症状,并且未增加不良反应发生率,治疗的安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of the Bushen Huoxue prescription(补肾活血方)plus warming acupuncture on oligomenorrhea after induced abortion.Methods:A total of 96 cases from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given estrogen and progesterone cycle treatment,and the observation group took the Bushen Huoxue prescription plus warming acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual flow,endometrial thickness and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly ameliorated(P<0.05),and the amelioration degree in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue prescription plus warming acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the curative effects,promote the increase of endometrial thickness,relieve clinical symptoms,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.The treatment method is safe and worthy of promotion.
