摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎是个体接触过敏原后机体产生一系列症状的鼻黏膜慢性炎症性疾病。过敏性鼻炎是上呼吸道常见的慢性炎症,该病在全国甚至全球范围内高发。鼻三针是广州中医药大学靳瑞教授所创立的一组专治鼻部疾病的穴位,具有疏通经络、通利鼻窍之效,临床效果很好。文章运用鼻三针结合麦粒灸治疗过敏性鼻炎,效果颇佳,供临床参考。Allergic rhinitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa that produces a series of symptoms after individual exposure to allergens. The disease is a common chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, with a high incidence nationwide and even globally. Three nasal acupuncture therapy created by Professor JIN Rui selects a group of acupoints specially for treating nasal diseases, has the value of dredging the meridians and clearing the nose orifices, and its clinical effect is very good. In this paper, three nasal acupuncture plus wheat grain moxibustion was used to treat one case of allergic rhinitis, and gained a good effect. The empirical case is given here for more reference.
