中药熏洗法在糖尿病足中的应用

摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病常见的严重并发症之一。若糖尿病足治疗不及时,发展严重可形成坏疽、脱落甚至截肢,使患者无法行走,甚而形成残疾影响终生。患者的生理、心理都将受到严重影响,生活质量也会大幅下降。而最近几年有学者研究发现,中药熏洗在治疗糖尿病足方面有着良好的效果。将从中药熏洗在糖尿病足中的应用的角度做一综述,以为糖尿病足的临床诊疗提供理论依据。Diabetic foot is one of the common serious complications of diabetes. If the diabetic foot is not treated in time, severe development can lead to gangrene, loss of limbs, or even amputation, making the patient unable to walk, and even causing life-long disability. Patients’ physical and mental health will be seriously affected, and the quality of life will be significantly reduced. In recent years, some scholars have found that TCM fumigation and washing has a good effect on diabetic foot. This paper will make a review from the perspective of the application of TCM fumigation and washing in the treatment of diabetic foot, hoping to provide theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot.
