摘　　要：文章主要通过分析麻黄桂枝各半汤调和营卫的特点,结合慢性荨麻疹的病因病机,探讨麻黄桂枝各半汤治疗慢性荨麻疹的机制,并配合文献加以佐证,以求进一步拓宽临床思路。In this paper,the characteristics of the Mahuang Guizhi Geban decoction(麻黄桂枝各半汤)in harmonizing Ying and Wei(调和营卫)were mainly analyzed.Combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria,the action mechanism of the Mahuang Guizhi Geban decoction on chronic urticaria was discussed and verified by relevant literature,in order to further broaden clinical thinking.
