摘　　要：王振涛教授从事中医临床及科研工作40余年,理论及临床经验颇丰,王教授继承先贤张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中大气下陷理论,强调胸中大气对低血压病病机及治疗的重要作用,临证治疗低血压病将益气升陷法灵活应用于临床,效如桴鼓。文章将王振涛教授应用益气升陷法治疗低血压病的经验做以总结,以飨读者。Professor WANG Zhentao has been engaged in the clinical and scientific research of TCM for more than 40 years,and has rich theoretical and clinical experience.He inherits the theory of thoracic Qi(气)collapse in Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu(《医学衷中参西录》),and emphasizes the important role of the thoracic Qi in chest on the pathogenesis and treatment of hypotension.In clinical treatment of hypotension,he flexibly applies the benefiting Qi and ascending collapse therapy to clinical practice,and it shows good effect.In this paper,Professor WANG Zhentao’s experience in treating hypotension by the benefiting Qi and ascending collapse therapy was summarized.
