摘　　要：文章对扶正化瘀中药防治宫腔镜术后子宫内膜息肉复发进行了概述,分别从理论依据、临床应用、作用机制等方面进行阐述。扶正化瘀中药预防宫腔镜术后子宫内膜息肉复发的作用机制应与减轻炎症反应、调节体内雌孕激素水平、平衡细胞增殖及改善细胞因子表达等方面有关,为扶正化瘀中药防治宫腔镜术后子宫内膜息肉复发的进一步研究提供依据。This paper summarizes the prevention and treatment of recurrent endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy in TCM of strengthening the body and removing blood stasis, and expounds the theoretical basis, clinical application and mechanism respectively. The mechanism of strengthening the body and removing blood stasis to prevent the recurrent endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy should be related to the reduction of inflammatory reaction, regulation of estrogen and progesterone levels, balance of cell proliferation and improvement of cytokine expression, etc., this study will provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of recurrent endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy.
