摘　　要：对笃斯越桔组培育苗进行了深入研究,以改良后的WPM培养基,作为培养基,进行了笃斯越桔的茎尖启动培养、丛生芽诱导、继代培养、生根培养试验。试验结果表明:茎尖启动培养15 d培养材料开始伸长展叶,继代培养培养材料7 d后就开始萌动,30 d后平均苗高为4.2 cm、平均茎粗为0.06 cm、平均分枝数为7,笃斯越桔可以瓶外生根培养。In this paper,the tissue culture seedlings of Vaccinium uliginosum were studied.Based on the improved WPM medium,the experiments of shoot tip initiation culture,cluster bud induction,subculture and root culture of Vaccinium uliginosum were carried out.The results showed that the shoot tip began to elongate and spread its leaves after 15 days of start-up culture,and began to sprout after 7 days of subculture.After 30 days,the average seedling height,stem diameter and branch number were 4.2 cm,0.06 cm and 7 respectively,Vaccinium uliginosum could take root outside the tissue culture bottle.
