摘　　要：我国是世界上黑木耳产量最高的国家,黑木耳生产主要以人工栽培为主。随着人们生活水平的提高,对高品质黑木耳的需求逐年增大,因此高品质黑木耳栽培成为当前黑木耳生产的一个重要发展方向。目前,黑木耳栽培模式有三种,露天地摆栽培、小拱棚栽培和棚式挂袋栽培,三种黑木耳栽培模式在管理上具有一定差异,简述了利用不同模式栽培高品质黑木耳的关键技术要点。The yield of Auricularia auricular is the highest in China,and A.auricular is cultivated mainly by artificial cultivation.Due to the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for high-quality A.auricular is increasing,which is an important development direction in the A.auricular production.At present,A.auricular is cultivated through three modes(open-air cultivation,shed cultivation and greenhouse hanging bag cultivation),which are different in terms of management.In this article,the key techniques of high quality A.auricular cultivation are outlined using different models.
