从脾胃论当归补血汤的方解

摘　　要：当归补血汤是历版《方剂学》教材中补血剂的代表方,也是治疗血虚发热证的经典名方,临床应用广泛、影响深远。但笔者查阅文献发现古代医家对于当归补血汤的血虚这一功用的阐释不详,虽然立意鲜明、各有依据,但是并没有很好地与李杲(号东垣)的学术思想相结合。因此,笔者结合《脾胃论》及《内外伤辨惑论》等李杲的经典著作及本方的现代研究成果,从脾胃的角度切入,结合阴火理论来探讨血虚发热的病机,并根据病机结合“甘温除热”法以阐释当归补血汤的方解,并从病证鉴别、现代药理研究及临床应用等方面加以佐证。The Danggui Buxue decoction(当归补血汤)is the representative prescription of blood tonic in previous editions of pharmacology of TCM,is also a classic prescription on fever due to blood deficiency syndrome,with wide range of clinical application and far-reaching influence.However,the author consulted the literature and found that the ancient physicians’interpretation on the function of the Danggui Buxue decoction on blood deficiency was not detailed.Although the intention was clear and had its own basis,it did not integrate well with LI Gao’s academic thought.Therefore,combining with LI Gao’s classic works such as Piwei Lun(《脾胃论》)and Neiwaishang Bianhuo Lun(《内外伤辨惑论》)and the modern research results of this prescription,fever due to blood deficiency syndrome was investigated by the author from the perspectives of spleen and stomach,and the theory of Yin fire(阴火).According to its pathogenesis,the treatment method of relieving fever with sweet and warm medicine was built,and an analysis of the Danggui Buxue decoction was given,and it was verified from the aspects of syndrome identification,modern pharmacological research and clinical application.
